Private 1 to 1
With a 1 to 1 session there are many options that can be tailored to meet your unique needs. Some people come for an hour of sonic relaxation and renewal, and others come with specific things they want to work on. Both are wonderful options!
Please reach out for a complimentary conversation so that we can clarify your goals and intentions. Based on that discussion, we can personalize your session, drawing on the modalities of sound, meditation, breath, intention and potentially asana in order to support your flourishing.

90 min - $108
Package of (4) 60 min sessions - $270. (to be used within 6 months)
Private Group Instruction
Perhaps you are interested in gathering with a group of people, ie. family, friends, coworkers, students, etc. and would like to have this experience together. I would love to have a discussion with you about your vision!
I will be curious to hear your intention for the group event, as well as factors such as which practices (sound and/or yoga), the number of participants, length of session, location etc.

Public Classes
Seasonal Embodiment
A collaboration with herbalist, yoga teacher, doula and Reiki practitioner Mikah Jaschke.
We gather approximately every six weeks, following the rhythm of the seasonal quarters and cross quarters marked by the solstices and equinoxes.
This two hour workshop includes a restorative yoga practice, sound bath, conversation and herbal tea blend designed to support wellbeing and harmonize with the season. Sliding Scale $40-60.*

CircleSong
A song and movement circle hosted by Decorah Public Library for babies, toddlers, children and their caretakers. Cofacilitated with Kinderhaus teacher Kristin Albertson, we sing old favorites as well as songs to celebrate the natural world.
